OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The $50,000 Homecoming Concert Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Beyond The Stage Productions, LLC, located in Atlanta, GA (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to accredited U.S. colleges and universities (each, an “Institution”) that:

Execute a binding entertainment services contract with Beyond The Stage Productions, LLC designating Sponsor as the Institution’s sole entertainment buyer/vendor for this event.

To qualify, eligibility for the $50,000 Sponsorship Giveaway requires the selected institution to commit no less than $25,000 toward artist talent for the event and a minimum of $10,000 for production (sound, lighting and staging). The sponsorship functions as a matching investment and is contingent upon documented budget allocation.  This initiative is structured as a matching partnership to ensure both parties are equally committed to delivering a high-impact concert experience.

Fully execute such contract between Friday, February 13, 2026 and Friday, August 7, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

Entry must be submitted by an authorized school administrator or university official with contracting authority on behalf of the Institution (e.g., Director of Student Activities, Campus Programming Board Advisor, Procurement Officer, or equivalent administrative representative).

Students are not eligible to submit entries and submissions made by students will be void.

Only Institutions with a fully executed qualifying contract in effect no later than 11:59 PM EST on Friday, August 7, 2026 are eligible.

Each Institution may receive only one (1) entry regardless of the number of representatives involved.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate on behalf of an Institution.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Friday, February 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”).
